This project was born in cooperation with a local business, the Provincial Government, and the municipalities of the province of Rovigo. It involves the collection of equipment and clothes for new-born babies and children to be distributed to families, which due to family and economic matters, live in a situation of poverty. Through the Provincial Government of Rovigo, the Rainbow Project was submitted to the Municipalities of the Province, which in collaboration with the volunteers of Smile Africa Onlus, is in touch with the social workers of the territory, who reacted to the initiative by reporting the families with economic problems, who were interested in receiving the equipment for their children. Moreover, a collaboration with the Charity of San Vincenzo de' Paoli of Rovigo was launched for the delivery of the material to their headquarters, thus facilitating the withdrawal from the concerned people.
